Keep in mind that having something for breakfast is better than nothing if you have little time before you leave home. At least drink some milk or juice. Then catch a nutritious snack later on in the morning. Yoghurt, dry cereal, cheese, or fruit are good choices. What if you don’t like breakfast foods? Then eat healthy foods you do like. Even a cold piece of pizza can power your morning. Any way you look at it, there’s no reason to skip this essential meal.
