Keep your office space looking good and neat, … your desk so that the boss would not get mad at you.
Their life … from a very strong emotional bondage to killing hours window-shopping with no sense of purpose. I think the same thing is going on with many couples
It’s always important to remember where we were born: our hometown, our ordinary beginnings, and our parents. Put aside in favour of fast-paced jobs, modern technology and eyes focused on what’s to come, appreciation for the past seems to be lost in the not-well-organized lifestyles that we have in today’s world. It’s important that we start to change that, both for the present generation of elders as well as for future generations who will finally take on the same role. We have so many things to learn from those who have walked through life before us, but we often forget to ask. Learning from the past will help our present and future generations to grow and be better. That could mean we can be enriched by family or historical traditions that we hand down to our children. We might find ourselves able to avoid major disagreements because we know how a similar situation developed years ago. We can follow our elders’ lead and make better choices so as not to repeat history. No matter how we look at it, the elderly are one of the best blessings that we have. It’s up to us to keep them involved in our world and make them feel respected and heard. We’ll end up with two-sided appreciation for one another, which is an idea the humankind can always use more. One way to benefit from their experience is to discuss family heritage, history and traditions.
